The first ever Causes in Common National Coalition Meeting was held on May 30th, 2007 in Chicago. It was a huge success, with over seventy-five representatives from member organizations attending. Notes and video from the meeting will be posted on the website in the coming weeks. Causes in Common is an organizing initiative of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center (the Center) in New York City, bringing together activists in the LGBT Liberation and Reproductive Justice Movements to work toward shared goals.
