As the first and only national resource bank to address the legal needs of those living with HIV, the Center for HIV Law and Policy is a critical source for information and strategies to fighting discrimination and attaining care.  The Center shares valuable legal and policy information, organizes organizations from diverse fields, and leads focused initiatives to catalyze action for the well-being of affected communities.  Due to the constraints placed on the funding for HIV advocacy, The Center’s work is now more important than ever.
